Key Responsibilities
Lead PHE and plumbing design for residential, commercial, institutional and high-rise building projects.
Design water supply, domestic water distribution, drainage, sewerage and stormwater systems.
Develop plumbing layouts, schematic diagrams, design calculations and technical specifications.
Design firefighting systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, pumps and related networks, wherever required.
Work on rainwater harvesting, water conservation and wastewater management systems.
Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical and site execution teams.
Review BOQs, tender drawings, technical specifications and material requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, NBC requirements and local regulations.




Review consultant drawings, resolve design discrepancies and provide technical support during project execution.
Monitor design quality, project timelines, cost optimisation and coordination with external consultants.

Required Skills
Robust experience in building plumbing and PHE design.
Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewerage and stormwater systems.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit MEP preferred.
Knowledge of NBC, relevant IS codes and plumbing design standards.
Experience in design review, BOQ preparation and multidisciplinary coordination.
Robust technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
