We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive to handle purchase, procurement, and export logistics operations in the agro commodities industry.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify suppliers for agro commodities and food products.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
Manage purchase orders and follow up on timely material delivery.
Coordinate quality checks, grading, sorting, processing, and packing.
Coordinate export shipments with suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders, and Customs House Agents (CHA).
Monitor container loading, shipment schedules, and dispatch timelines.
Coordinate export documentation with the accounts and documentation teams.
Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and shipment updates.
Visit supplier locations, warehouses, and shipment sites whenever required.
