The Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring productive production planning, quick and accurate monitoring, optimal resource utilization, and effective manpower management. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in production management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on production goals.
Adjust schedules as necessary to respond to unforeseen issues or changes in demand.
Fast Monitoring:
Continuously monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Implement and utilize real-time monitoring systems to track production performance.
Quickly identify and address any deviations or bottlenecks in the production process.
Resource Utilization:
Optimize the use of materials, machinery, and manpower to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.




Conduct regular assessments of production processes and implement improvements.
Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials while avoiding excess stock.
Managing Manpower:
Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a productive and positive work workplace.
Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet production demands.
Address any personnel issues promptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify prospects for process improvements and implement changes to enhance production efficiency.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the production team.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in production management, with a focus on production planning, monitoring, resource utilization, and manpower management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
