Educational Qualification: IHM Background Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Handle hotel reservations, bookings, and confirmations.
Coordinate with hotels and suppliers for availability and rates.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and customer queries.
Ensure timely coordination with internal teams and hotel partners.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or the hospitality industry.
IHM background preferred.
Knowledge of hotel booking systems and OTA platforms.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
