– Proposal Engineer Position: Proposal Engineer Location: Ghaziabad Experience: 0–5 Years Qualification: B.E./B. Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation or related engineering field 1.

Key Responsibilities • Study customer RFQs, specifications, tender documents, P&ID;, drawings and scope of work. Doing engineering calculations, BOM preparation and costing • Understand customer application and develop appropriate technical solutions.
Select suitable PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, MCCs, I/O systems, networking equipment, instrumentation and other automation components.
Prepare system architecture, IO lists, technical datasheets and compliance statements where required.
Identify deviations, exclusions, assumptions and technical limitations in the proposal.
Prepare project BOM, costing based on BOM, engineering, panel manufacturing, software, installation, commissioning and other project requirements.
Obtain and evaluate prices from suppliers, OEMs and principal companies.




Calculate project margins and prepare final quotation for management approval.
Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions and clarification meetings.
Respond to customer technical queries and prepare clarification documents.
Support sales team during negotiations and commercial discussions.
Visit customer sites when required for understanding applications and preparing proposals.
