Job Summary:
The Principal will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and leadership of the school. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in CBSE curriculum implementation, and a passion for academic excellence. The Principal will work closely with faculty, students, and parents to create a nurturing and disciplined learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and direction for the school in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
Oversee academic programs, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
Supervise and mentor teachers to enhance their career development.
Develop and implement policies to maintain discipline and student welfare.
Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation norms and regulatory requirements.
Monitor student performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Foster a positive and cooperative school culture among staff, students, and parents.
Manage school finances, budgeting, and resource allocation efficiently.
Organize co-curricular and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
Represent the school at official CBSE and educational forums.
Qualifications & Requirements:
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching and at least 5 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal/Principal) in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Solid knowledge of CBSE curriculum and affiliation requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
Proficiency in administrative tasks, budgeting, and school operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
