Job Summary

Healing Hands Clinic is looking for a dedicated and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide patient care, monitor clinical conditions, and coordinate with consultants and nursing staff to ensure quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and monitor their clinical condition during their stay at the clinic.
Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
Conduct regular patient rounds and follow up on treatment plans.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient monitoring, as required.
Identify changes in patients’ conditions and promptly escalate critical cases to the concerned consultant.
Provide initial assessment and appropriate care within the scope of qualification and clinical privileges.
Ensure proper documentation of case sheets, progress notes, and medical reports.
Follow infection control protocols, patient safety guidelines, and clinic policies.
Ensure proper handover of patients and pending cases during shift changes.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to medical ethics.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:



BAMS / BHMS from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the applicable State Council or competent regulatory authority.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Positive clinical assessment and patient management skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Work Schedule Rotational shifts as per the clinic’s roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
