Monitor real-time resource utilization to prevent over- and under-staffing.
Forecast future capacity constraints using resource data and project pipelines.
Resolve scheduling conflicts or staffing bottlenecks across multiple concurrent teams.
Partner with project and delivery heads to plan upcoming project allocations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors / masters degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in resource planning, project operations, or workforce deployment within IT-enabled or engineering services.
Solid proficiency in resource management tools and capacity dashboards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
