Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support Qlik Replicate tasks, CDC processes, and ADF pipelines.
Troubleshoot replication failures, pipeline errors, data latency, and synchronization issues.
Perform incident management, RCA, and preventive actions.
Support deployments, configuration changes, and release activities.
Manage connectivity, endpoints, linked services, integration runtimes, and service accounts.
Coordinate with DBA, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams for issue resolution.
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
Participate in on-call support and major incident management.
