Job Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, concept-based lectures with solid subject clarity.
Prepare students for board examinations and competitive entrance examinations.
Develop lesson plans, assignments, practice sheets and mock tests.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes and performance assessments.
Monitor student progress and provide individual academic guidance.
Teach advanced problem-solving techniques and examination strategies.
Maintain classroom discipline and achieve academic targets.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject.
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience; experience with reputed coaching institutes preferred.
Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills.
Proven ability to simplify complex concepts and improve student performance.
Experience with JEE/NEET coaching and digital teaching tools is an advantage.
