We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage the workforce, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Manage, lead, and schedule workers to ensure smooth production operations.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain daily production records and reports.
Coordinate with team members to improve workflow and productivity.
Identify and resolve production-related issues.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam is mandatory.
Ability to manage workers and meet production deadlines.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
