Skills Required
Manual Therapy Skills – Essential
Good understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
Musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation
Sports injury management
Exercise therapy and rehabilitation planning
Posture assessment and correction
Basic knowledge of dry needling, cupping and myofascial release is an added advantage
Solid communication and patient-handling skills
Willingness to learn advanced hands-on treatment techniques
