upervise day-to-day IV Cannula manufacturing operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
Manage production operators, machine operators, and shop-floor manpower.
Monitor manufacturing processes, including cannula tube processing, needle assembly, hub assembly, bonding, inspection, and other applicable process steps.
Ensure that production activities are carried out according to approved SOPs, work instructions, and batch manufacturing records.
Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments to maintain product quality.
Monitor production output, rejection rates, downtime, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
Identify production issues and take corrective action in coordination with the concerned departments.
Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, hygiene, cleanliness, and contamination-control requirements.
Maintain production reports, shift records, batch records, and manpower attendance.
Ensure proper handling and traceability of raw materials and in-process products.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
