Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Audit professional with a robust accounting and finance background to review business processes, assess internal controls, identify operational and financial risks, and recommend practical improvements to ensure process efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct process audits and internal audits covering accounting, finance, and operational activities.
Review business processes, accounting records, supporting documents, and transactions to identify errors, deviations, and control gaps.
Perform transaction testing, sample verification, reconciliations, and compliance checks.
Understand existing business processes through process walkthroughs and discussions with client teams.
Evaluate internal controls, adherence to SOPs, company policies, and established procedures.
Identify audit observations, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare audit working papers, document findings, and develop transparent audit reports with actionable recommendations.




Discuss audit findings with client stakeholders and coordinate with process owners to address identified issues.
Conduct follow-up reviews to monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
Maintain accurate audit documentation and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
M.Com / MBA (Finance) or an equivalent qualification.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Process Audit, Internal Audit, or a similar role.
Strong accounting and finance knowledge is mandatory.
Understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, audit procedures, and risk assessment.
Working knowledge of transaction testing, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with client teams.
Willingness to work at the client location in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
