Meevin Agromach is expanding its manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its production team. We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who can drive shop-floor execution, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure adherence to production plans and schedules
Monitor output, productivity, rejection rates, and machine utilisation
Allocate manpower and ensure effective utilisation of machines and resources
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Planning teams to resolve production bottlenecks
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety practices, and 5S principles




Maintain production records, shift reports, downtime reports, and rejection data
Identify prospects for improving productivity, reducing wastage, and minimising downtime
Lead and motivate shop-floor operators to achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering; ITI candidates with relevant experience may also be considered
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a press shop, metalworking, automotive components, or agricultural machinery components
Experience in shop-floor supervision, production planning, manpower management, and quality control is preferred
