Quality Assistant – Corrugated Box Manufacturing

Innotech Industries is looking for an experienced Quality Assistant for its corrugated box manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming kraft paper for GSM, BF, moisture, and other quality parameters.
Monitor quality during corrugation, printing, slotting, die-cutting, stitching, and pasting.
Ensure finished boxes meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Conduct routine quality checks and maintain inspection records.
Identify defects, take corrective actions, and reduce rejection and wastage.
Handle customer quality complaints and implement preventive measures.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure consistent quality.
Maintain quality documentation.





Candidate Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in corrugated box or packaging manufacturing.
Practical knowledge of kraft paper quality, BF, GSM, bursting strength, dimensions, and box specifications.
Ability to identify printing, pasting, stitching, strength, and dimensional defects.
Positive documentation, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
