Key Responsibilities
Manage purchase orders, including creation, updates, and closure.
Maintain purchasing data in SAP, including Incoterms, payment terms, and contract updates.
Support supplier price list updates and part cost breakdown management.
Prepare RPA files for automated price updates as per SOPs.
Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and blocked supplier invoices.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, finance, logistics, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare reports and presentations and support process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills
SAP ECC Mandatory
Advanced MS Excel: Formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting.
MS PowerPoint and reporting skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, finance operations, or data management.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
Exposure to RPA, automation, and process improvement.
