Role & responsibilities
Execute API manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Handle chemical reactions, charging, distillation, filtration, drying, centrifugation and material transfer operations.
Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers and other production equipment.
Maintain process parameters, yield records, batch documentation and equipment logbooks.
Follow cGMP, EHS, safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and Stores departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Report process deviations, equipment issues and safety incidents to the supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry or Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 04 years in API manufacturing or pharmaceutical chemical production.
Basic knowledge of chemical reactions, unit operations, GMP documentation and industrial safety.




Ability to work in shifts and handle production activities in a manufacturing plant.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and a willingness to learn may also apply.
