Menswear Sales Consultant / Retail Sales To deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for walk-in and VIP clients, showcase the brand's designer collections, provide expert advice on tailoring and fabrics, and achieve individual and store revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation &
Styling:

Greet clients warmly, assess their personal style or event needs, and curate full looks (suits, blazers, ethnic/indo-western wear, shirts, accessories).
Product &
Fabric Expertise:

Educate clients on garment fits, cut, luxury fabrics (wool, silk, linen, handlooms), and designer collections.
Fitting &
Alterations Coordination:

Take basic client measurements, assist in trial rooms, and coordinate custom tailoring or alterations with the in-house master tailor.
Sales &
Upselling:

Drive conversions by suggesting complementary items (pocket squares, ties, lapel pins) and follow-up packages. [
CRM &
Clienteling:

Maintain customer profiles, log purchase history,



and invite repeat clients to private viewings, festive launches.
Store Presentation &
Merchandising:

Ensure the sales floor, mannequin displays, steam-pressed inventory, and fitting rooms meet luxury brand
Required Qualifications &
Skills
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of retail sales experience in premium/luxury menswear, designer boutiques, or custom tailoring.
Fashion &
Tailoring Knowledge:

Robust understanding of men's formalwear, ethnic wear, current trends, and garment construction/fits.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English and local languages; well-spoken, polite, and confident in handling high-net-worth or celebrity clientele.
Appearance &
Demeanor:

Impeccable personal grooming and presentation that reflects a high-end fashion brand.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
