We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining property details, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and other marketing activities.
Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project highlights.
Arrange and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Convert potential leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
Assist customers with booking forms, payment procedures, and required documentation.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.
Ensure a skilled customer experience from the first enquiry to the booking stage.
Requirements and Qualifications
Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
Experience in real estate sales or field sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to convince customers and achieve sales targets.
Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for property site visits.
