:
Process routine deposit operations transactions in accordance with established procedures.
Support ACH processing activities, including handlingexceptions, returns, and transaction reviews.
Perform initial review of transactions for potential fraud indicators and escalate suspicious activities.
Handle dispute cases, including unauthorized transactions and customer reported issues.
Experience andunderstanding of reconciliation processing and account balancing.
Support account servicing activities, including transaction research and data validation.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, cases, and updates in internal systems.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
