Qualification & Experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years ’ experience, or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years ’ experience.
Experience in industrial structures, RCC works and civil foundations.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in tendering, billing, measurements and project scheduling. Experience in contract execution and administration is mandatory.
Key Electrical Design Responsibilities:
Planning, scheduling and monitoring of civil and structural works.
Preparation of BOQ, estimates, measurements, RA Bills and progress reports.
Monitoring project progress against approved schedules and coordinating with contractors.
Handling tendering, billing and contract-related activities.
Review of drawings and coordination with project/engineering teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Quality management, quality documentation and compliance with project requirements.
Management and allocation of project resources, including manpower and materials.
