Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, specifications, and delivery terms.
Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, timely delivery, and quality requirements.
Maintain purchase records, supplier databases, invoices, and other procurement documents.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and other departments.
Follow up on pending orders, delivery schedules, and material shortages.
Assist in procurement activities related to Government e-Marketplace (GeM), including product and seller-related documentation, as required.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and maintain proper documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
