Role & responsibilities
Develop CSR proposals, concept notes, and project plans.
Conduct farmer training, workshops, field demonstrations, and community programs.
Identify farmer skill gaps and training requirements.
Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and deliverables.
Monitor project performance and measure farmer/community impact.
Travel to rural areas/villages for project implementation and monitoring.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Horticulture, M.Sc./PhD in Horticulture, or relevant Agri-Business/Rural Management qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in horticulture related roles.
