Role & responsibilities
2 - 5 years of experience in machine manufacturing/project coordination.
Coordinate production and assembly of project-based machines as per drawings, BOMs, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Electrical, and Service teams.
Track machine components, materials, fabrication, machining, assembly, testing, and dispatch.
Monitor project-wise production progress and ensure timely completion.
Follow up on material shortages, outsourced work, technical issues, and production delays.
Ensure the latest drawings and engineering revisions are communicated to production.
Coordinate inspections, machine trials, FAT, punch-point closure, and final dispatch.
Prepare daily/weekly machine production and project status reports.
Maintain project documents, BOMs, drawings, inspection records, and dispatch details.
Escalate delays and critical issues to the Project/Production Manager.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Preferred candidate profile Project Co Ordination, Planning Procurement, Project Reporting,

Valuable Knowledge Of Advance Excel & Power Point.
