Experience
Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor management.
Experience in the cafe, restaurant, hotel, bakery, food service, or hospitality industry will be an advantage

Key Responsibility :
Identify purchase requirements based on stock levels, consumption patterns, sales forecasts, and departmental requests.
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
Prepare and issue purchase orders after obtaining the required approvals.
Coordinate with storekeepers, outlet managers, and the central kitchen team to monitor stock levels and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Check expiry dates, batch details, and applicable food safety requirements for food and beverage products.




Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery at the designated outlet, store, or central kitchen.
erify supplier invoices against purchase orders, delivery challans, received quantities, and agreed rates before forwarding them for payment processing.
Maintain purchase orders, quotations, vendor details, invoices, delivery records, and other procurement documents.
ollow up with the Accounts Department regarding invoice discrepancies, payment status, and vendor outstanding balances.
Prepare regular reports on purchases, price comparisons, vendor performance, pending orders, and purchase expenses.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
