Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement plans for direct materials.
Manage categories including electrical and electronic components, automation, cabinets, switchgear, and related commodities.
Drive supplier selection, development, negotiations, contracts, risk management, and supply continuity.
Achieve cost savings, productivity improvements, and procurement financial targets.
Lead supplier performance reviews, standardization, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and supply chain teams.
Lead and develop procurement teams while managing stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or electrical/electronics industries.
Solid expertise in direct procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
Experience in cost optimization, supplier risk management, and procurement performance improvement.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and change-management skills.
