Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
Inspect incoming CRGO material as per approved specifications and material test certificates.
Carry out in-process inspection of slitting, cutting, punching, stacking and core assembly operations.
Check dimensions, cutting accuracy, burrs, coating condition and step-lap arrangement as per approved drawings.
Conduct final inspection of transformer cores before dispatch.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records and material traceability.
Identify defective materials and ensure proper segregation of rejected and rework items.
Coordinate with Production to resolve quality issues and reduce rejection and rework.
Prepare non-conformance reports and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and used as per requirements.
Support internal audits,
customer audits and ISO 9001 documentation.
Handle customer complaints in coordination with the concerned departments.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures and customer requirements.
Required Skills
Knowledge of CRGO material and transformer core manufacturing processes.
Ability to read drawings and understand dimensional tolerances.
Experience in using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
Knowledge of inspection methods, quality documentation and ISO 9001 requirements.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience Experience in CRGO processing, transformer core manufacturing, slitting, cutting and step-lap core assembly will be preferred.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
