Role & responsibilities
Generate health insurance business through leads shared by Bank Relationship Managers (RMs).
Build solid working relationships with branch RMs and bank staff to drive consistent lead generation.
Engage with prospective customers referred by RMs, understand their protection needs, and recommend suitable health insurance solutions.
Conduct virtual sales discussions through calls/video interactions and convert leads into policy issuance.
Ensure regular follow-up on leads received from RM and branch channels to maximize conversion.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Bancassurance, Banking Sales, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or BFSI Sales.
Robust relationship management skills
Valuable communication, sales, and customer handling skills.
Language Preference- Marathi Mandatory
