About the Role

We are looking for energetic, creative, and execution-focused specialists to join our YouTube Team – Non-News. Lead will be responsible for building engaging video content, podcasts, event-led programming, creator/guest collaborations, and growing the YouTube channel as a strong content and revenue platform.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Conceptualise, plan, shoot, and execute high-quality YouTube videos.
Develop content formats and production plans.
Anchor and present YouTube shows, interviews, event coverage, and special digital formats.
Coordinate with writers, editors, camera teams, designers, and other production resources.
Manage end-to-end production timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain quality and consistency across all video content.
Identify trending topics, formats, and storytelling styles relevant to the target audience.
Ensure videos are optimised for YouTube in terms of packaging, storytelling, retention, and engagement.
Plan and execute YouTube content around events, festivals, conferences, and other on-ground opportunities.

Podcast Hosting & Production
Host and moderate podcasts/interviews with celebrities, creators, experts, entrepreneurs, and other compelling personalities.




Research guests and prepare relevant questions and conversation points.
Conduct engaging, natural, and audience-friendly conversations.
Work with the production team on podcast concepts, episode structure, shoots, and post-production.
Develop recurring podcast formats and properties that can build a loyal audience.
Repurpose podcast content into Shorts, Reels, clips, and other digital formats.

YouTube Growth & Revenue
Develop and execute strategies to grow subscribers, views, watch time, engagement, and overall channel performance.
Track YouTube analytics and identify content trends, audience behaviour, and growth opportunities.
Work closely with the content and production teams to improve CTR, retention, watch time, and repeat viewership.
Develop content strategies around long-form videos, Shorts, podcasts, and other YouTube formats.
Identify opportunities for brand integrations, sponsorships, branded content, partnerships, and other revenue streams

Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of YouTube and digital content.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust storytelling and content ideation abilities
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
