Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, internal technical teams, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities and timelines
Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and execution
Communicate project requirements clearly to development, design, and QA teams
Track project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables
Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
Schedule and lead internal and client meetings as required
Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks, dependencies, and approvals
Support change requests and scope management
Ensure adherence to project standards, processes, and quality guidelines
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project status and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field




2–5 years of experience in project coordination or IT project support
Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Robust organizational and documentation skills
Experience working with technical teams (developers, designers, testers)

Technical Skills (Preferred)
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira )
Basic understanding of web technologies, mobile apps, APIs, or software development
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of documentation tools (Confluence, Google Docs, MS Office)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
