Mandatory Skills
Oracle Retail RMS / MFCS implementation and development hands-on experience is mandatory.
Oracle SQL and PL/SQL – robust development and troubleshooting skills.
Oracle Retail Merchandising Data Model – understanding of retail data structures and processes.
Oracle Retail integrations – RIB, BDI, RICS/ROIC, REST APIs, and file-based interfaces.
POM batch processing – scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Retail merchandising domain – Item, Supplier, Purchase Order, Receiving, Inventory, Pricing, Costing, and Stock Ledger.
Implementation lifecycle – requirements, development, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
Data migration and conversion – DMM, mass uploads, and reconciliation.





Preferred Skills
ReSA, ReIM, Pricing (RPCS), Allocation, and Trade Management.
Oracle Retail Cloud implementation experience.
Retail Home, OCI IAM/IDCS, SFTP, and OCI Object Storage.
Shell scripting, Python, Postman, and production issue troubleshooting.
Exposure to Xstore, ORCE, and SIOCS/EICS.

8–10 years of relevant Oracle Retail RMS/MFCS experience, not just total IT experience.
Immediate joiner or immediately available.
Willing to work night shifts until midnight.
