Core responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and define product features.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs in the employee wellness space.
Assist in the development of product roadmaps, prioritization of features, and definition of success metrics.
Analyze user data, feedback, and usage patterns to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
Support the planning and execution of product launches, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication.
Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and user guides to support product adoption and usage.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science Engineering, IT Engineering, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Demonstrated interest in product management, technology, and innovation.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced environment.
Prior experience in product management or related fields is a plus but not required.
