Role & responsibilities To acquire and manage HNI / Affluent clients and sell investment products (PMS, MF, Insurance, PMS) to achieve AUM and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Acquire recent HNI clients (50L+ investable surplus) through references, field networking, and leads provided by company. Sell PMS (50L ticket), Mutual Funds, AIF, Insurance, Demat. Achieve monthly AUM and Revenue targets. Conduct portfolio reviews and explain products.
Relationship Management: Manage existing client portfolio, retention and cross-sell Build long-term relationships, handle client queries. Do regular client meetings (F2F & virtual)
Compliance & Process: Complete KYC, risk profiling, documentation as per SEBI / APMI norms. Ensure ethical selling and Code of Conduct. Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
Preferred candidate profile Graduate / MBA (Finance/Marketing preferred)
Must Have: 1+ Years in PMS / Mutual Fund / Life Insurance / Banking / Wealth / Stock Broking Sales Knowledge of Capital Markets, MF, is mandatory.
NISM Certifications: NISM VA (Mutual Fund)
Excellent communication - English, Hindi
Own bike + smartphone preferred
