Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop geartrain components and assemblies using Creo, ensuring compliance with product requirements and Engineering standards.
Create and maintain 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design, manufacturing, assembly, and validation activities.
Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to achieve robust and cost-effective designs.
Participate in design reviews, tolerance analysis, and engineering change management processes.
Support product development activities from concept through production release.
Work closely with manufacturing and validation teams to resolve design-related issues.
Ensure timely delivery of engineering tasks while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Skills &

Experience Required:
M.Tech or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.




4 to 10 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
Experience in powertrain, transmission, related product design.
Expert-level proficiency in Creo CAD software.
Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and engineering change processes.
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and Design for Assembly (DFA).
Strong engineering fundamentals, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of MCM processes and methodologies.
Positive understanding of engine systems and engine component functions.
Expert-level proficiency to GD&T;, tolerance stack-up analysis, and engineering release processes.
Experience working in a global engineering environment.
