About the Role We’re looking for a Product Designer who combines strong visual design skills with product thinking, user empathy, and a deep understanding of mobile app experiences to build intuitive, user-centric products.

Understands product requirements and designs user journeys that look valuable, are easy to use, and help the user reach their goal. (High quality design sense and usability sense)
Deep understanding of Android and iOS design systems, with a solid mobile app portfolio.
Likes talking to users directly (calls, interviews) and acts on their feedback.
Works smoothly with developers and hands off designs cleanly.
Understands core product metrics.
Takes robust ownership of the quality of their work.

What to look for when screening
Experience at product companies (not agencies or services firms); e-commerce and q-commerce profiles first.
A portfolio of shipped mobile app work, with the problem, the decisions and the outcome explained.
