Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company revenue.
Handle PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing sales.
Generate current business leads and develop relationships with pharma distributors, stockists, and potential clients.
Guide, motivate, and monitor sales executives to improve performance.
Follow up with existing customers and maintain robust business relationships.
Track daily sales activities, customer follow-ups, and monthly sales performance.
Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management.
Identify new business prospects and expand the customer base.
Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
