Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Project Inspections to conduct site inspections, verify project progress, assess workmanship, identify defects, and ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of ongoing and completed project sites.
Verify work quality, measurements, materials, and project progress.
Identify defects, deviations, delays, and pending works.
Verify project execution against approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Prepare inspection reports with photographs and supporting documents.
Coordinate with teams to ensure timely defect rectification.
Conduct follow-up and final project inspections.




Report critical quality, safety, compliance, and execution issues.
Maintain inspection records, MIS, and project documentation.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, interior projects, maintenance, project execution, or quality inspection.
Knowledge of BOQs, drawings, measurements, and material verification.
Positive working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Robust analytical, communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
