We are looking for a skilled Project Leader to join our team at Axtria India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management and leadership, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and take corrective actions to ensure success.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Leader or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership,



and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and operations.
