We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master with exposure to electrical product development to lead cross-functional squads and drive Agile practices. The role focuses on product quality, customer satisfaction, timely delivery, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile squads and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners to align product strategy and execution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Electrical Engineering, Design, Testing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Industrialization.
Drive electrical product development activities, ensuring quality, cost, and time-to-market targets.
Identify and resolve project impediments, risks,



and inter-team dependencies.
Coach teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement.
Monitor squad budgets, development costs, and delivery progress.

Required Skills
8+ years of overall experience, including product development or project management.
Experience in electrical product development, preferably in the electrical equipment or power management industry.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Secure frameworks.
Solid stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.
B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
