Company Description
CVCC is an established infrastructure construction company specialising in roads, bridges, flyovers, and other civil engineering projects.
Role Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to handle KIIFB/NHAI project billing for ongoing multiple road and flyover projects in and around Thiruvananthapuram.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit RA bills and final bills.
Handle KIIFB billing documentation and procedures.
Prepare BOQs, quantity measurements, and reconciliation statements.
Coordinate with site engineers and client representatives for bill certification.
Prepare variation statements, extra-item claims, and cost reports.
Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documents.
Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience in road, bridge, or flyover project billing.
Knowledge of MoRTH specifications, SOR, and relevant contract provisions.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity calculations.
Prior experience in KIIFB/PWD project billing preferred.
