JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Explain gold purity, hallmarking, weight, making charges, and pricing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat business.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and objections professionally.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate billing, jewellery handling, and stock discipline.
Support promotional activities and daily showroom operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Interest in jewellery sales and customer service.
Confident, hardworking, disciplined,
and well-groomed personality.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn billing software.
Gujarati and Hindi proficiency; Urdu is an advantage.
Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
