Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses from start to finish, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
PPE &
Equipment Monitoring:
Oversee the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), machinery safeguards, and hazardous materials handling.
