Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
Connect with clients through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
Understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain daily sales reports and update client information.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Interest in sales and real estate.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Working Days & Timings:
Working Days: Monday to Sunday, as per company policy.
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Site Visits: Required as per business needs.
