Role & responsibilities
Supervise civil construction, plant infrastructure, and maintenance activities.
Monitor execution of foundations, flooring, drainage, roads, structural works, and building construction.
Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments.
Monitor project progress, manpower, material consumption, and site expenses.
Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and statutory requirements are followed.
Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and bills for contractor verification.
Support estimation, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and material planning.
Coordinate civil repair and maintenance activities to minimize disruption to plant operations.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
