Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidate must be from PEB, Structural Steel Background
Identify and generate current business opportunities in industrial, commercial, Data Center, Highrise and infrastructure sectors requiring PEB solutions across Maharashtra (Industrial, Warehousing, Logistics, Infrastructure, Commercial, Data Center, Highrise etc.)
Have Solid relationships with builders, contractors, EPC, architects, engineering consultants, and corporate clients
Conduct market research to track upcoming projects, competitor activities, and industry trends
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for PEB structures.
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, order finalization, and coordination till project handover.
Expand market presence by targeting new geographies, customer segments, and industries.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate PEB solutions (structural steel, roofing, cladding, mezzanine floors, etc.).
Prapare RFQ , finalizing DBR for PEB
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms while ensuring profitability.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams for preparing proposals, BOQs, and drawings.
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast plans. Preparing MIS reports




Market intelligence on competitors activities & projects.

Required Skills & Experience:
Deep knowledge of PEB systems, steel structures, and construction practices.
Strong B2B sales, key account handling, and contract negotiation skills.
Excellent networking ability with builders, EPC contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and familiarity with AutoCAD/structural drawings.
Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
Conversant with IS / AISC codes
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Thorough understanding of Commercial Terms & Conditions, Taxes.
Should have idea of costing of structure-based specifications, per SQM & on tonnage basis.
Should be able to read the Erection Drawings.
Should be able to give solutions, alternatives on the spot to client & know how provide cost optimization solutions.
Good relationship/ contacts with vendors for louvers, sheeting, Fans Turbo/ Powers/ Standing Seam/ Erection etcis appreciable
Positive networks of Erection Builders and the vendor for buyout items

Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications."
