Job Title: Senior Manager – Legal

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage litigation, legal disputes, court proceedings, and external legal counsel.
Provide legal advice to business teams on operational, contractual, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, negotiate, and vet commercial agreements, contracts, legal notices, and other documents.
Handle corporate legal matters and ensure legally compliant business operations.
Identify legal risks and support compliance and risk-mitigation initiatives.
Manage commercial disputes and support resolution through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external law firms, and relevant authorities.

Requisites
LLB degree is mandatory.
Solid experience in litigation, dispute management, and legal advisory.
Hands-on expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Corporate legal experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
Positive understanding of commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.
Solid communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
