Mandatory Skills
3+ years of experience in PLM projects.
Solid functional expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM; Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE is also relevant.
Understanding of PLM processes and domains such as EBOM and CADBOM.
Experience in requirement gathering, functional specification preparation, and validation.
Experience in functional support, testing coordination, and issue resolution.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Experience working with global teams and international business stakeholders.
Ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and negotiate solutions.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability skills
