We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop dealer and distributor networks, and strengthen market presence in the cement and building materials segment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, builders, and other key customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within the assigned territory.
Manage dealer appointments, product availability, order booking, and timely delivery coordination.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Implement promotional schemes and marketing activities to increase product visibility and sales.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing will be an advantage.
2–5 years of sales experience in the cement, paints, or building materials industry.
Experience in dealer and distributor handling and territory sales management.
Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Robust market knowledge and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
A valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
