Role & responsibilities
Supervise and execute finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Manage plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, and other finishing activities.
Read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings for proper execution.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and material consumption records.
Plan and manage manpower and material requirements.
Verify contractor bills as per actual work progress and BOQ.
Maintain site documentation, inspection reports, and snag lists.
Supervise site staff and report progress and issues to the Project Manager.
